A Visit to a REAL Beach

On our trip to Disneyland, Saturday was CRAZY busy, so we decided to spend the afternoon at the beach.  Our kids have never been to the ocean; they always refer to the lake as the beach.

We ended up at Huntington Beach.  Just driving through that area I told Jason that I wouldn't mind living there.  It was so pretty.

When the kids got out and started walking through the sand they kept saying how soft it was.  Even Mila kept saying "Beach...Soft".  I guess it is ALOT different than the rocky beach at the Lake.

Of course Carter didn't even take the time to put his swimsuit on... He just walked right into 

the water.  It was FREEZING!!!

Mila really enjoyed feeding the birds, and once they realized she had food they came swarming.

What a fun day!!  I would have loved to spend the whole day there.  Next time we'll have to plan it as part of our trip.
