Carter and His Bike

On Monday after school, Carter rode his bike down to the neighbor's house to play.  When he got there he parked his bike on their front porch and then went inside.  About an hour later he was getting ready to come home and noticed that his bike was missing.  He wasn't sure what he should do, so he just started walking home.  As he was walking home, he noticed his bike was inside someone's garage down the street.  Their garage was open and no one was around, so he went in, stole his bike back and headed home.

Carter has a license plate on the back of his seat, so there is no mistaking his bike for someone else's...  I just laugh when I think of it...what are the odds that he would find it??
