Mila turned three on Friday and she couldn't be more excited! When you would ask her what she wanted for her birthday she would say "An orange cake with candles." She's really easy to please at this age...
All morning she begged and begged for me to make her cake.
I was in the laundry room and I could hear the bar stool being drug across the floor. She pushed it into the big pantry and climbed up on it to get the cake mix down. When I asked her what she was doing, she said "I'm going to make my cake, cause you won't do it."
We did. Finally. And she got to lick the bowl, the spoon, and the beaters all to herself...
She wanted to have her party "at Peter Piper with Grandma Welker, Gary, and Jenny." I was so glad that everyone was able to make it on such short notice. It really meant a lot to my little three year old.
She only likes the frosting. So she licked the frosting off of three cupcakes. I only let her cause it WAS her birthday...
The kids really hit it big playing all of the games at Peter Piper. They all came out with tons of candy and the dumb dollar store prizes.
